Multi-tenant patient portal
LUX MEDCo-architected (owning technical architecture) and led development of the portal that moved new-patient data entry off LUX MED's service desk — first to clients' HR teams, then to the employees themselves — on a multi-tenant model that let each client administer its own.
Cross-product authorization platform
EcoVadisCo-architected, implemented and maintained the authorization platform covering capability-level and row-level access, with an automated path for other teams to protect their own resources.
Platform modernisation & event-driven rearchitecture
LUX MEDLed evaluation and rollout of the move from WCF/ExtJS to ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, RabbitMQ, Hangfire and Angular 4+, with independent vertically-sliced services connected by events — from development practices to operations and CI/CD. Also built culture: knowledge-sharing, documenting in public, planning for failure, safe-to-fail teams.
Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs — game systems
Pixelated MilkCo-designed and built locations, travel, quest, banter, time-flow, NPC scheduling, requirements, crafting, shopping, party, notification and loot modules — each with authoring tools so designers and testers could build the game world without developer support.
